This build includes a number of changes to streamline use of Potomac in a team environment (specifically with source control systems).

The bundle.xml in the root of the project no longer contains the nor the nodes. This data is now only contained in the /bin/bundle.xml and should prevent unnecessary merging during source control updates.

The appCargo.xml is now moved into the /bin directory and is marked as derived. This should prevent similar unnecessary merge operations.

Hidden files used by source control systems (ex. .svn) are now ignored during the Potomac build processes.
